Whilst exhibiting at the QEST Crafting Excellence exhibition at Fortnum & Mason, SABEL Saddlery was delighted to be commissioned to make a traditional Canadian Briefcase.

The case was hand-cut, stitched and finished in Baker's Dark Stain leather to a standard designed to protect the client's laptop and business documents during regular international travel.

It uses solid brass fittings, contains a closable sundries compartment and has also been further customised to include a removable, bridle leather shoulder strap replete with trigger-hook fittings.

No longer available as a stock item, the integral metal frame for the bag was fabricated from scratch and sheathed in leather prior to its attachment.

A challenging but rewarding project for SABEL Saddlery, we are confident this briefcase will give our client many years of joy.
