Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 116506 in platinum

Designed in close collaboration with our client, we developed watch straps for three timepieces from his collection. This is the third in this case study series – a bespoke, made-to-measure and fitted tabbed cuff strap for his solid platinum Rolex Daytona, released for the Daytona’s 50th anniversary.

Burgundy bridle leather and teal stitching were chosen to complement the colours of the ice blue dial and brown ceramic bezel and chronograph subdials.

“Putting the cuff on the Daytona and the brogue on the Patek are really bold moves, as most people wouldn’t think to do that. With the Daytona in particular, the bracelet is a good portion of the value because of the precious metal. What we did celebrates the beauty of the watch, with deference to tradition.”
