Coronation Festival, Buckingham Palace

QEST has been invited to decorate Buckingham Palace’s summer house to celebrate the Coronation Festival. Together with Hare & Humphreys, seven scholars will paint murals and decorative effects within the octagonal building set amongst the trees of the garden. A contemporary dining table, made from English walnut and cherry wood is currently being made whilst a lettercarver has designed a plaque commemorating QEST and a wicker corgi has been constructed to bring a note of informality to what will become a perfect spot for relaxation in this, a legacy project that will be enjoyed for generations to come.
SABEL Saddlery has been asked to exhibit their hand-made, bespoke Attaché Case at the festival.
